They are family near and far The book doesn't give you all the answers but we all know that in real life we don't know all the answers and that is the power of the story? We don't know Why was she given away? When did she call her father during her stay? but in the end it doesn't matter because you learn about Hannah her journey and her story And my favourite line was an anicdote when she was delighted not to look like a member of the IRA on a visit to Belfast Good reading and insightful about modern British Africans living in London
