BOOK Cassius The True Story of a Courageous Police Dog

Cassius The True Story of a Courageous Police DogUrglars Cassius learned how to track them down contain them intimidate them and if needs be attack them too It was a dangerous life for both him and Joe But Cass was still a dog an animal that could trust please frustrate infuriate delight and in the end break your heart I am a dog lover and my favourite breed is the German Shepherd Cassius is everything that a dog should be and I thoroughly enjoyed this book The training of Joe and Cassius was interesting and informative but it is the sheer determination loyalty and obedience of Cassius that shines through Without a doubt the king of dogs For a bit of light reading I would certainly recommend this book although at times it is a bit repetitive

Some references v different to todays eg no WPCs Being told in the voice of a third person slightly wrong footed me at first But after a while it didnt seem to matter I guess with all the legal stuff with all names being changed etc this was easier It remains a good story a love story really I hope “Joe” and his family are still alive and well Thank you for sharing and yes I did cry
